Tomato Thokku

If you have a lot of tomatoes and ginger – make this 🙂

Chop tomatoes & ginger.

Oil – hing – mustard seeds, methi seeds – a lot of tomatoes & ginger – 2 cloves of garlic – add salt , turmeric powder, chilli powder – mix and cover and cook in low flame for 30 minutes . Mix once in a while. Keep it covered. It will become thicker .

Tastes great with chapatti or idli.

For Dhyan I take a little and mix with lot of VCO and give him.
