Soak moong dal prior

In a small pressure cooker add oil, hing, mustard seeds, whole black pepper corns, curry leaves, finely chopped onions, ginger & garlic , long slices of green chillies (so I can easily remove when feeding Dhyan – Have to do this with any recipe), frozen mixed veggies – Saute till onion is transparent add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, moong dal, rolled oats, salt, garam masala, jaggery, sambar powder (optional)  saute for a few more seconds add enough water depending upon how porridgy you want and pressure cook for 5 whistles. Add lemon juice and gobble gobble gobble …

Hubby says it’s good with raita.
